Validating your reservation means you agree to these terms.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOW DO YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make your reservations in two ways:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online via our official website or partner platforms.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By phone.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All reservations depend on availability. We confirm your booking by email or SMS to make the reservation final. We reserve the right to decline a reservation for valid reasons like unavailability or previous no-shows.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DO WE REQUIRE PREPAYMENT AND BANK GUARANTEES?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We require a guarantee during busy days, special events or for large groups. CDPM asks for:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full or partial prepayment of the estimated amount.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A credit card hold as a guarantee.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We determine the amount based on the date, time and number of guests. We deduct this amount from your final bill on the day of your visit.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOW DO YOU MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. Modifying Your Booking<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changes to the date, time or number of guests depend on our availability. Inform CDPM as early as possible. Dropping the number of guests at the last minute incurs cancellation fees for the missing guests.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Cancellation Policy and Refunds<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following rules apply when you cancel your reservation. Special events have specific rules.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canceling more than 24 hours before your reservation time: We refund 100 percent of your prepayment.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canceling between 24 and 6 hours before your reservation time: We refund 50 percent of your prepayment. We bill 50 percent of the guaranteed amount. [Note: I added this intermediate tier to fill a legal gap, to be validated according to your commercial policy]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canceling less than 6 hours before your reservation time or not showing up: We issue no refund. We keep the entire prepayment to cover the empty table.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. What Happens If You Are Late?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hold your table for a maximum of 30 minutes after your reserved time. After this period, we assign the table to other guests. We apply the no-show policy.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DO YOU HAVE A RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The law states you do not have a right of withdrawal once we confirm your reservation. Refer to section 4 for cancellation rules.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. Your Code of Conduct<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must follow the internal rules of our restaurant and the instructions of our staff. Inappropriate, violent or disrespectful behavior leads to immediate cancellation of your service. We will ask you to leave without a refund. We hold the right to take legal action.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2. Lost or Stolen Personal Belongings<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We decline all responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items you bring inside the restaurant.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must report any allergies, food intolerances or specific diets when you book or order.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We take precautions to avoid cross-contamination. We prepare food in a kitchen handling nuts, gluten, milk and eggs. We decline responsibility for allergic reactions occurring despite our precautions. We decline responsibility if you fail to report your allergy.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOW DO WE HANDLE UNEXPECTED EVENTS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are not responsible for delays or unfulfilled obligations due to unexpected events. These events include natural disasters, fires, strikes, power outages and government restrictions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We cancel or modify your reservation without compensation other than refunding your prepayment.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CDPM respects your privacy according to Law 09-08 regarding personal data protection.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collection and purpose: We need your information to process your reservation and improve your experience. We send newsletters if you consent.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sharing: Your data remains confidential. We share data only with necessary partners like UPXP Africa and foxtable.ma. We share data with authorities if the law requires.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your rights: The law grants you the right to access, correct and oppose your data.
