Validar su reserva significa aceptar estas condiciones.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO HACE SUS RESERVAS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Haga sus reservas de dos maneras:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s de nuestro sitio web oficial o plataformas asociadas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por tel\u00e9fono.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todas las reservas dependen de la disponibilidad. Confirmamos su reserva por correo electr\u00f3nico o SMS para hacerla definitiva. Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar una reserva por razones v\u00e1lidas como falta de disponibilidad o ausencias previas.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfREQUERIMOS PAGO ANTICIPADO Y GARANT\u00cdAS BANCARIAS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requerimos una garant\u00eda durante d\u00edas de mucha afluencia, eventos especiales o para grupos grandes. CDPM solicita:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pago anticipado total o parcial del importe estimado.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una retenci\u00f3n en la tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito como garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Determinamos el importe seg\u00fan la fecha, la hora y el n\u00famero de comensales. Deducimos este importe de su factura final el d\u00eda de su visita.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO MODIFICA O CANCELA SU RESERVA?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. Modificaci\u00f3n de su reserva<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los cambios de fecha, hora o n\u00famero de comensales dependen de nuestra disponibilidad. Informe a CDPM lo antes posible. Reducir el n\u00famero de comensales en el \u00faltimo minuto genera cargos de cancelaci\u00f3n por los comensales faltantes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n y reembolsos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las siguientes reglas se aplican al cancelar su reserva. Los eventos especiales tienen reglas espec\u00edficas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelar m\u00e1s de 24 horas antes de la hora de su reserva: Reembolsamos el 100 por ciento de su pago anticipado.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelar entre 24 y 6 horas antes de la hora de su reserva: Reembolsamos el 50 por ciento de su pago anticipado. Facturamos el 50 por ciento del importe garantizado. [Nota: Agregu\u00e9 este nivel intermedio para llenar un vac\u00edo legal, a validar seg\u00fan su pol\u00edtica comercial]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelar menos de 6 horas antes de la hora de su reserva o no presentarse: No emitimos ning\u00fan reembolso. Conservamos el pago anticipado completo para cubrir la mesa vac\u00eda.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. \u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede si llega tarde?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantenemos su mesa por un m\u00e1ximo de 30 minutos despu\u00e9s de su hora reservada. Despu\u00e9s de este per\u00edodo, asignamos la mesa a otros clientes. Aplicamos la pol\u00edtica de no presentaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfTIENE DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ley establece no tener derecho de desistimiento una vez confirmada su reserva. Objetos personales perdidos o robados<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rechazamos toda responsabilidad por art\u00edculos personales perdidos, robados o da\u00f1ados tra\u00eddos dentro del restaurante.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3. Alergias y restricciones diet\u00e9ticas<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usted debe informar cualquier alergia, intolerancia alimentaria o dieta espec\u00edfica al reservar u ordenar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tomamos precauciones para evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada. Preparamos los alimentos en una cocina manipulando nueces, gluten, leche y huevos. Rechazamos la responsabilidad por reacciones al\u00e9rgicas ocurridas a pesar de nuestras precauciones. Rechazamos la responsabilidad al no informar su alergia.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO MANEJAMOS LOS EVENTOS INESPERADOS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No somos responsables por retrasos u obligaciones incumplidas debido a eventos inesperados.
