Validar a sua reserva significa aceitar estes termos.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMO FAZ AS SUAS RESERVAS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fa\u00e7a as suas reservas de duas maneiras:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online atrav\u00e9s do nosso site oficial ou plataformas parceiras.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por telefone.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todas as reservas dependem da disponibilidade. Confirmamos a sua reserva por email ou SMS para a tornar final. Reservamos o direito de recusar uma reserva por motivos v\u00e1lidos como indisponibilidade ou faltas anteriores.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EXIGIMOS PR\u00c9-PAGAMENTO E GARANTIAS BANC\u00c1RIAS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exigimos uma garantia durante dias de grande movimento, eventos especiais ou para grupos grandes. A CDPM solicita:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9-pagamento total ou parcial do valor estimado.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma reten\u00e7\u00e3o no cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito como garantia.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Determinamos o valor com base na data, hora e n\u00famero de convidados. Deduzimos este valor da sua conta final no dia da sua visita.<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMO MODIFICA OU CANCELA A SUA RESERVA?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. Modificar a sua reserva<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As altera\u00e7\u00f5es de data, hora ou n\u00famero de convidados dependem da nossa disponibilidade. Informe a CDPM o mais cedo poss\u00edvel. Reduzir o n\u00famero de convidados no \u00faltimo minuto gera taxas de cancelamento para os convidados em falta.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. Pol\u00edtica de cancelamento e reembolsos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As seguintes regras aplicam-se ao cancelar a sua reserva. Eventos especiais t\u00eam regras espec\u00edficas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelar mais de 24 horas antes da hora da sua reserva: Reembolsamos 100 por cento do seu pr\u00e9-pagamento.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelar entre 24 e 6 horas antes da hora da sua reserva: Reembolsamos 50 por cento do seu pr\u00e9-pagamento. Faturamos 50 por cento do valor garantido. [Nota: Adicionei este n\u00edvel interm\u00e9dio para preencher uma lacuna legal, a ser validado de acordo com a sua pol\u00edtica comercial]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancelar menos de 6 horas antes da hora da sua reserva ou n\u00e3o comparecer: N\u00e3o emitimos qualquer reembolso. Conservamos o pr\u00e9-pagamento completo para cobrir a mesa vazia.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3. O que acontece se chegar atrasado?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantemos a sua mesa por um m\u00e1ximo de 30 minutos ap\u00f3s a sua hora reservada. Ap\u00f3s este per\u00edodo, atribu\u00edmos a mesa a outros clientes. Aplicamos a pol\u00edtica de n\u00e3o comparecimento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TEM DIREITO DE RETRATA\u00c7\u00c3O?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lei estabelece n\u00e3o ter direito de retrata\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s confirmarmos a sua reserva. Objetos pessoais perdidos ou roubados<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rejeitamos toda a responsabilidade por artigos pessoais perdidos, roubados ou danificados trazidos para dentro do restaurante.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.3. Alergias e restri\u00e7\u00f5es alimentares<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voc\u00ea deve informar qualquer alergia, intoler\u00e2ncia alimentar ou dieta espec\u00edfica ao reservar ou fazer o pedido.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tomamos precau\u00e7\u00f5es para evitar a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada. Preparamos os alimentos numa cozinha a manipular nozes, gl\u00faten, leite e ovos. Rejeitamos a responsabilidade por rea\u00e7\u00f5es al\u00e9rgicas ocorridas apesar das nossas precau\u00e7\u00f5es. Rejeitamos a responsabilidade ao n\u00e3o informar a sua alergia.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMO LIDAMOS COM EVENTOS INESPERADOS?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o somos respons\u00e1veis por atrasos ou obriga\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o cumpridas devido a eventos inesperados.
