- WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF THESE TERMS?
These terms apply to all reservations you make with CDPM. CDPM operates the Grand Café de la Poste.
Legal Information:
Company Name: CDPM SARL
Phone: +212 5 24 43 30 38
Email: contact@grandcafedelaposte.restaurant
You read and accept these terms before booking. Validating your reservation means you agree to these terms.
- HOW DO YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS?
Make your reservations in two ways: - Online via our official website or partner platforms.
- By phone.
All reservations depend on availability. We confirm your booking by email or SMS to make the reservation final. We reserve the right to decline a reservation for valid reasons like unavailability or previous no-shows.
- DO WE REQUIRE PREPAYMENT AND BANK GUARANTEES?
We require a guarantee during busy days, special events or for large groups. CDPM asks for: - Full or partial prepayment of the estimated amount.
- A credit card hold as a guarantee.
We determine the amount based on the date, time and number of guests. We deduct this amount from your final bill on the day of your visit.
- HOW DO YOU MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING?
4.1. Modifying Your Booking
Changes to the date, time or number of guests depend on our availability. Inform CDPM as early as possible. Dropping the number of guests at the last minute incurs cancellation fees for the missing guests.
4.2. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
The following rules apply when you cancel your reservation. Special events have specific rules.
Canceling more than 24 hours before your reservation time: We refund 100 percent of your prepayment.
Canceling between 24 and 6 hours before your reservation time: We refund 50 percent of your prepayment. We bill 50 percent of the guaranteed amount. [Note: I added this intermediate tier to fill a legal gap, to be validated according to your commercial policy]
Canceling less than 6 hours before your reservation time or not showing up: We issue no refund. We keep the entire prepayment to cover the empty table.
4.3. What Happens If You Are Late?
We hold your table for a maximum of 30 minutes after your reserved time. After this period, we assign the table to other guests. We apply the no-show policy. - DO YOU HAVE A RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
The law states you do not have a right of withdrawal once we confirm your reservation. Refer to section 4 for cancellation rules. - WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
6.1. Your Code of Conduct
You must follow the internal rules of our restaurant and the instructions of our staff. Inappropriate, violent or disrespectful behavior leads to immediate cancellation of your service. We will ask you to leave without a refund. We hold the right to take legal action.
6.2. Lost or Stolen Personal Belongings
We decline all responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items you bring inside the restaurant.
6.3. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
You must report any allergies, food intolerances or specific diets when you book or order.
We take precautions to avoid cross-contamination. We prepare food in a kitchen handling nuts, gluten, milk and eggs. We decline responsibility for allergic reactions occurring despite our precautions. We decline responsibility if you fail to report your allergy. - HOW DO WE HANDLE UNEXPECTED EVENTS?
We are not responsible for delays or unfulfilled obligations due to unexpected events. These events include natural disasters, fires, strikes, power outages and government restrictions.
We cancel or modify your reservation without compensation other than refunding your prepayment. - HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
CDPM respects your privacy according to Law 09-08 regarding personal data protection.
Collection and purpose: We need your information to process your reservation and improve your experience. We send newsletters if you consent.
